Gregory M. Gormican is responsible for, and provides services in each of the Firm’s serviced areas – accounting, tax and consulting. He brings extensive background and experience to addressing and solving client problems.
Prior to starting his own firm in 1990, he had significant public accounting experience with Touche Ross & Co. (now Deloitte & Touche LLP) an international public accounting firm, as well as extensive industry experience in senior management positions of both public and privately held middle-market companies. In these management positions Mr. Gormican directed: operations, finance, administration, management information systems, human resources, employee and investor relations, treasury, risk management and SEC, tax and financial reporting.
Mr. Gormican has been a member of a number of boards of directors and advisory boards for companies and non-profit organizations over the years. He is also a former member and Chairman of the Finance Committee for the Town of Natick, MA.
Mr. Gormican is a Certified Public Accountant in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, and was a fully registered General Securities Representative. He received his MBA with High Distinction form Babson College, his MST (Taxation) from Bentley College, an MS in Accounting from Northeastern University and a BA cum laude in Economics from Boston College. Mr. Gormican is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.
